Your information, handled carefully
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit the Vanecraft website, ask us for a quote, place an order, receive a delivery, or contact us for support. Vanecraft is based in Hong Kong. Questions can be sent to hello@vanecraft.com.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, and any contact handle you choose to share.
- Order information: your task description, delivery requirements, messages, feedback, and files or sample data needed for the work.
- Transaction records: the order, amount, currency, payment status, and refund status. Stripe processes the payment; we do not store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may process an IP address, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies.
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- understand your request and prepare a fixed quote;
- build, test, and deliver the work you ordered;
- answer questions, handle revisions, and provide after-sales support;
- process payment and refund records;
- prevent misuse, keep the service secure, and meet legal or accounting duties.
We do not use customer files or private order details for unrelated advertising.
4. Who receives it
We share information only when it is needed to run the service:
- Stripe processes payments and refunds under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting, email, and storage providers help us receive requests and deliver files.
- Professional advisers or authorities may receive limited information when the law requires it or when needed to protect legal rights.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep active order information for as long as needed to deliver the work and support the 30-day refund period. We may keep basic invoices, transaction records, and business correspondence longer where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal rules require it.
Working files that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
6. Security
We use reasonable access controls, trusted service providers, and limited data collection to reduce risk. No online system can be perfectly secure, so please avoid sending passwords, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive personal data unless we have agreed a safe method first.
7. International services
Vanecraft operates from Hong Kong, and some service providers may process information in other locations. When that happens, we use established providers and share only what is needed for the service.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@vanecraft.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
We will act within a reasonable time. We may need to keep a limited record where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to resolve a payment, refund, security, or legal issue.
9. Updates
We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change. The current version and update date will always appear on this page.
