Refund Policy

1. 30-day full refund

If the delivered work is not what you expected or does not solve the agreed task, email us within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will issue a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

You do not need to prove a technical fault. A short note explaining what did not work for you helps us improve, but it is not a condition of the refund.

2. Automatic refund for late delivery

If we do not deliver within 48 hours after confirmed payment and receipt of all required materials, we will automatically issue a full refund. You do not need to request it.

If we agreed a different delivery date in the written delivery spec before payment, that agreed date replaces the standard 48-hour deadline. If you have not provided information or files required by the spec, the delivery clock pauses until we receive them.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@vanecraft.com with:

• the email address used for the order;
• the order or invoice reference, if available;
• a simple request for a refund.

We will acknowledge your request promptly and confirm when the refund has been sent.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue the full amount received for the order. Stripe or your bank may take several business days to show the credit after we submit it; that processing time is outside our control.

5. After a refund

Once an order is fully refunded, any licence or ownership transfer for its custom deliverable ends. Please stop using or distributing that deliverable and delete copies under your control. This does not affect any source material you originally provided.

6. Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email hello@vanecraft.com within 30 days and we will review it within 2 business days. We resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
